Tax Law Changes for Financing of a Roaster (for gold mines located north of Yellowknife). The refractory ores require heating to 1,025 degrees F to extract the gold. These facilities cost $750 million+ to construct, and special tax considerations (flow through share eligibility) are required to allow the small miners to raise sufficient capital.

US Relations related to 25% tariffs proposed by President Elect of the USA:
1. Reduce illegal crossings from Canada to the USA. Suggest building a wall at Roxham Road, and Emerson, Manitoba (Noyes Minnesota). This and increased enforcement, will show a commitment to border security.
2. Reduce the flow of illegal drugs from Canada to the USA. Improve enforcement at the land border crossings, coastal routes and from private airports. Utilize technology such as drones, satellite imagery, Apple Air Tags, and GPS technology.
3. Meeting NATO commitments at 2% of GDP: Rather than developing mega projects, it may be more cost effective to work with the USA to purchase products, one at a time, as the smaller airlines do with Boeing. This would allow Canada to purchase 1 - 2 US nuclear submarines, 1-2 Chinook CH-147F extended range helicopters, all as part of a larger US program. The US Government offers export-import financing, at low interest rates. If we start small, using US Vendors, we can visibly show that we are meeting our NATO commitments, using low interest US loans.
