• Formerly known as Bill C-69 An Act to enact the Impact Assessment Act and the Canadian Energy Regulator Act. Providing input to ensure major infrastructure project costs remain reasonable and open shop contractors can continue to compete.

• Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). Providing suggestions to mitigate adverse implications for small and medium size contractors.
• Intermediary activities on behalf of client including arranging meetings with public office holders. Monitoring policies and programs at a general level and addressing issues as they arise related to construction, infrastructure, commercial and industrial issues as well as those that affect employer health and wellness plan policies, including dental and prescription drugs.
