• That the government strengthen the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) by updating the processes of hazard identification and risk assessment regarding toxicity and publishing a policy framework and updating the definition of vulnerable populations in the context of chemical management.

• That the government conduct a formal feasibility review of recent studies regarding income support and develop a plan to implement policies that will reduce economic inequities in Canada.
• That the government implement energy retrofit programs to provide financial incentives for energy retrofits at a cost of $215M plus $100M in skills training.
• The government should develop a roadmap to meet or exceed Canada's commitment to phase out fossil fuel subsidies by 2025 and divert these funds to the clean energy sector.
• Work with the government to make national pharmacare a priority to ensure Canadians have equitable access to the medications they need.
