Thrive Health is a software company founded with a mission to fundamentally improve the delivery of healthcare in Canada and around the world. We exist to support patients in their advocacy for better health, clinicians in delivering excellent care, and healthcare agencies as they work to reduce gaps in the system. Our core products are designed in partnership with clinicians and centre around the patient's journey through specialist care. From the time of a referral through to follow-up, the Thrive platform asks the right questions at the right time, and identifies potential risk factors based on built-in clinical decision support rules. The Thrive platform is web-based and accessible from any device, and now offers COVID-19 screening where applicable. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Thrive partnered with Health Canada and Provincial Governments across the country to develop apps that house resources, stats, and self-assessment tools for determining next steps when experiencing symptoms or faced with concerns related to COVID-19.
