The Investing in Canada Plan. The goal of BCAC is to establish a year round training facility for track and field athletes in SW Ontario. It aspires to establish a multi-purpose facility to be used by elite athletes as well as community sports leagues - both kids and adults (eg.league soccer, lacrosse, etc). The BCAC board is interested in determining if there is any grant and/or contribution for which the project may qualify.
