- Arrange meetings related to the the core advocacy pillars of Easter Seals in Canada: housing, transportation, employment and accessibility.
- Arrange meetings related to transportation policy and initiatives related to persons with disabilities in Canada.
- Arranging meetings with Members of the House of Commons, senior officials and staff related to the advocacy mandate and work of Easter Seals Canada.

- Coordinate meetings and events for Easter Seals Month (March) of each year and annual National Accessibility Week events (May - June) of each year.
- Coordinate meetings related to housing policy pertinent for individuals with disabilities in Canada.
- Discuss and find solutions to labour market shortages, for summer camps, as they relate to immigration and work permits, with officials.
- Discuss and organize meetings related to healthcare for persons with disabilities.
- Discuss climate change with senior officials and ensure persons with disabilities are considered as communities and infrastructure are reimagined in Canada's changing climate.
- Discuss funding of accessibility education for employees in the federally regulated transport sector.
- Discuss international education policy and show support for the work of private members statement (and the follow up work of this statement) M-78 - "M-78 Inclusion of People With Disabilites".
- Discuss policies related to employment pertaining to youth and adults living with disabilitites
- Discuss public safety related to person with disabilities living in Canada particularly as it relates to cities, transport and housing.
- Discuss the impact of climate change on persons with disabilities, long term infrastructure planning and development
- Lead discussions and meetings related to the supply chain, constraints and how it impacts Canadians living with a disability.
- To discuss autism awareness as it relates to Autism Awareness Month and related policies and legislation.
