• Encouraging legislative options to stop the import of goods from illegal Israeli settlements in occupied Palestinian territory.

• Advocating for the appointment of a Special Envoy to monitor and advocate for the rights of Palestinian children under occupation.
• Canada’s record and reputation at the United Nations General Assembly – encouraging the principled support for all resolutions which aim to uphold human rights in the Middle East.

• Increased funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

• Shifting Canada’s approach to the Israel-Palestinian conflict to reflect the fact that there are no negotiations presently taking place, and emphasizing the need for urgent action in support of human rights.
