The mission of Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East is to promote justice, development and peace in the Middle East, and here at home in Canada. Its initiatives include grassroots campaigns to promote and empower political engagement; policy and research to promote a human-rights-centred approach to Canada’s foreign policy; interaction with the media to promote more accurate reporting of events in the Middle East; and educational initiatives to inform Canadians and policymakers about key issues and events in the region.
