MoveUP (the Movement of United Professionals) represents nearly 14,000 union members at public and private sector companies across Canada. In representing members our union negotiates collective agreements, supports the implementation of the agreements including resolving workplace conflicts, and ensures safety and fair representation for our members. We also advocate for our members to improve their lives and the communities they live in.

We now represent members in many of the industries and professions fundamental to our economy including at BC Hydro, FortisBC, ICBC, Capilano University, BCAA, Coast Mountain Bus, BC Transit, TransLink, as well as many credit unions and car rental companies.
