WoodGreen will be advocating for an extension of the Affordable Housing Fund until 2035 and increase funding and grant ratios for the Affordable Housing Fund. Advocating for the federal government to create a standardized hybrid financing pathway for partnership projects between non-profits and private housing developers. A hybrid financing pathway would provide an official process for partnership-based projects where grants and loans could be co-stacked from the Apartment Construction Loan Program (ACLP) and the Affordable Housing Fund.
