Employee ownership trust legislation (specifically, Bill C-59 - Part 1, Amendments to the Income Tax Act and Bill C-69 "An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on April 16, 2024"- Part 1), that together enables the creation of employee ownership trusts.
