UNDER THE CIVIL AIR NAVIGATION SERVICES COMMERCIALIZATION ACT, S.C. 1996, C. C-20, THE COMPANY HAS BEEN GRANTED THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT AND OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE CIVIL AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL, CIVIL AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION AND SPECIFIED FLIGHT INFORMATION.
