Description of activities: The Ontario Nurses' Association (ONA) is a union who uses the collective bargaining process to improve the social and economic welfare of its members. The union processes grievances and proceeds to arbitration as necessary, and pursues workplace improvements to achieve professional standards of care as developed by the regulatory body.
