| Objets poursuivis : Renseignements rétrospectifs : | Began discussions with Technology Partnerships Canada (TPC) in early 2004. Also began preparations of an application for contribution at this time. Throughout the summer and early fall of 2004 we were in contact with TPC to provide written and verbal responses to their questions. We also attended review meetings with TPC representatives. There was another meeting in November 2004 to review the application. Follow-up questions and supplementary information was requested by TPC and provided to them in December 2004. Additional phone calls and emails occured through early 2005 to clarify any outstanding questions and the agreement was accepted and approved on March 31, 2005. In November of 2005 we submitted claims #1 and #2 to TPC for the periods August 26, 2004 to March 31, 2005 and April 1, 2005 to September 30, 2005 respectively. Phone calls and emails followed from November 2005 until January 2006 discussing the status of the claims until we received payment of $1,555,042 (claim #1 $474,903 plus claim #2 $1,080,138) on February 15, 2006. In addition to phone calls and emails, two representatives from TPC visited the Petrobank head office in November 2006 for a presentation highlighting the progress to date, followed by a site visit of the pilot project the following day. From February 2006 until February 28, 2008 claims #3 though #11 were filed with TPC. Many phone calls and emails occurred and an additional $6,544,958 was received by Petrobank within this time period. The total amount received from all claims to February 28, 2008 totals $8,100,000. | ||||
| Objets poursuivis : Renseignements prospectifs : | Over the next six months we will be involved in providing claim reports on the project. Claim reports will include financial, construction, engineering, and design details, as well as, operational results. We also plan to present our year end report to TPC representatives and hold a tour of the site. An additional $450,000 is expected to be received in the next six months. | ||||
