It is a vertically-integrated concern specializing in the organization, marketing and distribution of holiday travel products and services. The core of its business consists of major wholly-owned travel wholesalers based in Canada (Transat Tours Canada), France (Look Voyages / Vacances Transat France) and the United Kingdom (Canadian Affair).
