THE COUNCIL ENGAGES IN AN ACTIVE PROGRAM OF RESEARCH, CONSULTATION & ADVOCACY & ITS FOCUS NATIONALLY IS TO HELP BUILD A STRONG ECONOMY, PROGRESSIVE SOCIAL POLICIES, & HEALTHY POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS.
