Health Human Resources: encourage support for the College of Family Physician's goal of every Canadian having their own family physician. The College of Family Physicians of Canada is also recommending federal support for a pan-Canadian health human resources plan.
Looking for support for and understanding of the role of social determinants of health and how these determinants, such as poverty, impact Canadians. The CFPC continues to call attention to SDoH, the role family physicians play and the expectations we have of federal decision-makers to acknowledge SDoH when crafting policies and programs.
