- Addressed Finance Committee, October 26, 2006. Re: official development assistance levels, child tax benefit and Bill C-293: An Act respecting the provision of official development assistance abroad .
- Canada's commitment to strengthening health systems and the 2006-2007 contribution to the Global Fund for HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis (TB) and Malaria (GFATM);
