Organization's membership or classes of membership: | Regular Membership Any veterinarian who is a graduate of a veterinary college accredited by the NEB or has obtained a certificate of qualification of the NEB or licensed by a provincial licensing organization. Associate Membership Any veterinarian who is not eligible for regular membership in the CVMA and is a graduate of a veterinary college listed by the CVMA may become an Associate Member upon payment of the dues. Retired Membership CVMA Life Membership Any veterinarian may be designated by the Council as a Life Member.CVMA Honourary MembershipAny person who has rendered distinguished service to the profession, whether he resides in Canada or elsewhere, may be designated by the Council as an Honourary Member.Provincial Life/Honorary Membership Member who has been granted the status of life or honorary membership by a provincial association Student Membership Any undergraduate student of an accredited Canadian veterinary college.Member in a graduate studies program Member registered in a graduate studies program of a Canadian university, college or other institution. |
