- CATA Alliance proposed an alternative, proportional stimulus partially repayable loan for established emerging technology companies. The stimulus is linked to available government data via the SR&ED program
- Federal Gov extend the go digital program to apply to all advanced technologies that will improve Canadian company/organization productivity and competitiveness. Grants or tax credits to "buy Canadian" are proposed.

- COVID19 financing of women in business. CATA Alliance is requesting diversity transparency for COVID19 funding and general diversity transparency and reporting when government funds (such as CPP and pension funds and other programs) match venture financing funds. Women led and or owned companies receive only 2.7% of venture funding, despite the evidence that women led/owned businesses have exceptional profitability. When federal funds match these biassed programs, they are deepening the gender divide in business financing.
- Industrial Assistance Research Program and Program for Export Development with respect to stimulating Small Medium Enterprise (SME) growth.
- Status of Women Canada with respect to developing IT capacity for women- attracting them to the IT sector, retaining them in the IT sector.
- Youth Employment Strategies and Awareness Programs with respect to investment in education - programs to increase enrolment in IT programs, attracting young workforce.
