Description of the organization's activities: OSWCA is a non profit organization of sewer and watermain construction contractors and suppliers. Priority activities include increasing the level of awareness of water and wastewater infrastructure issues and the need to invest in Ontario infrastructure. Other concerns include water system management, the environment, safety, contract terms, engineering and many other issues relevant to the sewer and watermain construction industry.
