Description of the organization's activities
CSIP is responsible for advocacy,Lobbying and regulating the activities of immigration practitioners, paralegal,advisors,clerks, advocate, assistance,agents, counsels, members of any other organizations or associations or corporations which immigration advice for a fee or Probono before, during and after submission. Responsible for ensuring the education and competency testing of all the immigration practitioners in Canada and foreigners. Monitor the regulators to ensure mandates are met and members protected.Our mandate protect the consumers of immigration practitioner's services and ensure the members competence and professional conduct and regulators.(CSIP)Board of Directors ("Board") bears responsibility for the stewardship of CSIP (the" Society").To discharge that responsibility, the Board is obligated by the Membership of the Society to supervise the management of other societies and immigration business and affairs of these Societies or associations.The Board's supervisory function involves Board oversight or monitoring of all significant aspects of the Immigration law,Rules, Regulation's and management of other Society's business and affairs that their companies with the law without falling into default in any of private professional Act.Action will be taken against Pursuant to s.17(1), (5)(b) Federal Court Act, CONSTITUTION ACT, 1982(79)Part (1)Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms [s.1],[s2], [.s6 (2 (b)3(a)(b)],[s.7],[s.8],[s12],[s15(1.2)],[s,24(1.2)]the Privacy Act s.12(1) Right of Access s.27,(12(1) 1980-81-82-83, c.111, Sch II ¿27¿. the Negligence Act [RSBC 1996] CHAPTER 333 s1 (1.2.3),2(a.(b.c.d),3(1.2.3),4(1)[(2.a.b)] Pursuant to 2.2 ,4.,213,2.17,5.23,5.26 of the Disability Discrimination Act DDA of parliament under the Disability Rights Commission Act 1999 DRCA and Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and 2005 or if the default by more than one party then action will be taken by certifying under the Class Proceedings Act, 1992 S.O. 1992, CHAPTER 6,
