Une d'elles s'adresse au poids des études et tests requis pour cette catégorie. Une deuxième vise à inclure deux usages professionnels répandus mais absents de la ligne directrice. Une troisième milite pour la mise en place d'un plan de communication pour faire connaître les exigences de la ligne directrice chez les communautés médicale et hospitalière.
