- Identify global tender opportunities for contracts in regard to projects in International Development pertaining specifically to Technical and Vocational Educational and Training projects in developing countries for the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST)

- Obtain contributions from CIDA for "Decentralized Management of Skills Training" in Ukraine that funded the day to day operation of the CIDA's DMSTP in Ukraine.
- Obtain contributions from CIDA for the Building and Extending Skills Training (BEST) System Project in Jordan. Specifically funding that continued the day to day of the BEST Project office in Amman and Canada as well as the project's overall goal of Technical and Vocational Education refrom in Jordan.
