Demande du Programme d'aide à la recherche industrielle (PARI) du Conseil national de recherche Canada (CNRC) avec lequel Premier Tech (PT) désire accroître sa croissance par la mise au point et le commercialisation de produits, de services, de procédés nouveaux ou améliorés axés sur la technologie au Canada. Ce programme permettra le développement de nouveaux concepts robotiques en traitement des eaux et en horticulture. Des applications innovantes d'intelligence artificielle pour la manipulation des emballages rigides, en développement de technologies environnementales ainsi qu'en biotechnologies horticoles. Entre autres, les nouvelles technologies devront intégrer la capacité physique et l'intelligence requise pour inclure ces fonctionnalités dans une même ligne devant produire ces gammes étendues de produits.
Demande du Programme d’accès à l’innovation pour les entreprises (PAIE) du Conseil national de recherche Canada (CNRC) avec lequel Premier Tech (PT) désire accroître sa croissance dans son secteur de l'horticulture.
Demande à Développement Économique Canada d'une contribution financière à redevances dans le cadre d'un projet nommé Innovation et Développement visant l'élévation des exportations (IDÉE). IDÉE contribuerait à l'élargissement de la portée de l'innovation au quotidien pour l'entreprise.

Loi sur les engrais = pour enregistrement des produits
Pour l'enregistrement des produits, La Loi sur les engrais L.R.C. (1985), ch. F-10 indique clairement que nul ne peut vendre un produit au Canada, sauf s'il est emballé et étiqueté comme prescrit. Premier Tech croit fermement que l'Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments (l'ACIA) devrait agir immédiatement afin de faire cesser toute pratique qui va à l'encontre des lois établies par le gouvernement canadien concernant la présente Loi sur les engrais.

Regulation

Demande à Agence de réglementation de la lutte antiparasitaire (ARLA) et au législateur une évaluation accélérée (homologation de Catégorie B) de certains produits en Agriculture et/ou Horticulture de notre entreprise. Cette mesure servirait à limiter les risques encourus par les Canadiens en utilisant des produits interdits par la Loi sur les produits antiparasitaires (L.C.2002, ch.28).
Enregistrement de nouvelles biotechnologies à l'Agence de réglementation de la lutte antiparasitaire (ARLA) afin d'intégrer celles-ci dans la catégorie B.
