Démarches visant à obtenir une compensation financière afin de pallier à la perte annuelle récurrente de 6 millions de dollars canadiens évaluée par les grossistes en pharmacie du Québec en fonction des modalités les plus récentes des lignes directrices de la réforme du Conseil d'examen des prix des médicaments brevetés (CEPMB) qui ont comme effet, notamment, de baisser les prix des médicaments déjà commercialisés.

Représentations auprès du conseil d'examen du prix des médicaments brevetés, dans le cadre des consultations sur les lignes directrices provisoires du CEPBM pour refléter la position de l'A.Q.D.P qui s'inquiète sur la baisse des prix des médicaments brevetés déjà commercialisés puisque cette baisse impactera sur les niveaux de services et l'accès aux médicaments ainsi que sur la santé de la population. L'AQDP demande à ce que le gouvernement modifie le Règlement sur les médicaments brevetés, spécifiquement pour empêcher la modification de la liste des prix des médicaments déjà commercialisés et souhaite que les économies soient réalisés par d'autres mécanismes que le changement à la liste de prix.
