The Accessible Canada Act requires federal organizations to prepare and publish accessibility plans, set up feedback processes and report openly on progress.

Feedback process at the OCL
All feedback will be considered for ways to improve accessibility at the OCL. Your ideas and suggestions will help inform the OCL’s annual Progress Report and future accessibility plans.
Feedback is received by the Executive Director, Corporate Services or a delegate, who will acknowledge the feedback by the same means it was received, where possible.

Acknowledgement of receipt will be provided in the same manner as the feedback was received, unless a different channel or format is requested.
Feedback may be provided anonymously, in which case acknowledgement of receipt will not be issued.

Alternate formats
For all content on our website, we provide alternate formats in print, large print, Braille, audio format (French and English) or electronic format that is compatible with adaptive technology that assists persons with disabilities upon request.
Requests for documentation in Braille or audio format must be fulfilled within 45 business days of the request. All other requests must be fulfilled within 15 business days.
