Assist Mushkegowuk Council to secure funding from Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC), Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) and the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (Province of Ontario) to conduct a detailed Feasibility Study to construct an All Season Road to connect the First Nation Communities and residents of Moosonee, Fort Albany, Kashechewan and Attawapiskat in Northern Ontario to each other and to the Ontario Provincial and Trans Canada Highways.
